Dale Hockenson is the newest member of the team. His prior background was in the financial industry and construction sales. The knowledge in both of these areas helped him understand the costs to construct newer properties, both for residential and commercial properties.

His expertise in the financial industry assists our commercial clients develop projections and budgets for future property tax liabilities. His knowledge also translates to the success he has before the County Board by providing a strong income analysis of the property under appeal.
