Your Costs
Harley H. Hoppe & Associates offers the following services on a COMPLIMENTARY basis:
- A review of market sales of similar properties in your area.
- An examination of special circumstances that affect the value of your property (deferred maintenance,
wetlands, zoning, topography, a recent sale or appraisal.)
- On commercial properties, we offer a confidential income & expense analysis to determine if there is foundation for a reduction in your value.
If our research indicates that your property is overvalued, we will advise you of your appeal options. There is no obligation to proceed.
Should you wish to appeal, our cost is a reasonable deposit, plus a percentage of any tax savings.
If we are unsuccessful in our efforts, you pay nothing in addition to the deposit.
